grass fed operation. Our herds live full lives on the high country mesas they’re created to enjoy,
and they’re treated with respect and compassion from birth to death. No antibiotics are needed, because our buffalo are never crowded into a feedlot operation, and
we don’t use hormones, ever. Scenic Mesa bison eat the food, grass, that nature designed for them, and they develop the lean flavorful meat that sustained Native
American cultures for millennia. When you see how good traditional cuts and brisket from naturally raised, grass fed bison can be, you’ll have a hard
time going back to ‘factory’ beef from mistreated
cows.
Notice - since we only offer fresh meat and don't use a feed lot to finish our buffalo, we sometimes run out of certain popular cuts. Our steaks are currently in short supply, but we still have other cuts - Check out the
