Sockeye Salmon

of Homer, Alaska. Cook Inlet sockeye salmon is prized around the world
for its full flavor and rich red color. Jack handles his fish with the
utmost of care; they are iced immediately and then vacuum-packed and frozen
within hours of harvest.
 Wild Alaska sockeye salmon
is a natural source of omega-3. Unlike farmed salmon, Wild Alaska salmon
contains no antibiotics or dyes. This is an all-natural product just
as nature meant it to be. And by the way, our salmon comes from a fishery
that meets the Marine Stewardship Council’s environmental standards for
a well-managed and sustainable fishery. Many folks say this is the best
salmon they have ever tasted.
